Our story
Made slowly,
kept long.
MAISON began in a small studio in Kyoto in 2019, when our founder commissioned a wooden ladle from a third-generation craftsman. We have since worked with 47 independent makers across Japan, Portugal and the Czech Republic, sourcing objects we would want to keep ourselves.
